Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female bodybuilder professional in the final quarter of the 2010s. Aleesha Young was born 1984 into an athletic family. Her father participated in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha was awarded her professional certificate after she won her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 But she first started in the year 2008. In addition, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was ranked ninth. In 2015 she held onto the 9th position. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha was ranked sixth in her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2020, when she snagged the 4th place. But, the "World's strongest mother" decided to take a break from fitness due to health motives.
